It was over the phone. The interviewer reviewed what the onboarding process looks like and how long that would take. She went over the commitment that is expected of the job.

Multi-step process that starts with initial group meeting, information sharing, filling out paperwork and then doing timed activity. After each person talks with managers 1-1 and more tests and questions are asked. Some people get called back for second round, which is a full cognitive skills test. If skills, schedule, pay amount, and personality all work out then an offer is usually made to the applicant.

Group interview/ information session and then a 2/3 minute interview. In the group setting you to have to do something with Q, D, P, Q, Either circle, x out, put a square around, or triangle. They check to see how fast a persons processing speed. Although, the pressure of an interview and them staring at you is sure to decrease your actual processing speed. After that, you are sent to a 2-3 minute interview where they ask you three questions. I don't think they would be able to see how "smart" someone is or how qualified they are to work there in so short of a time. When I asked the woman what type of person is a good fit here she said "Someone with a high IQ, that has a fast processing speed." Mind you, that the job is tutoring/ training people with underdeveloped skills. Someone with strong interpersonal skills would be equally useful in my opinion. It just sounds like a waste of time. Additionally, if you are offered the next level interview then you take an IQ test I believe. I believe these people are a bit ostentatious and faux scientist. She also got her information wrong in her little powerpoint lol, when she was talking about memory. They weren't even using a real memory model, they used one that the owner made up. Along with that, the training for this job is a month long, UNPAID. For some people, it takes longer. The woman said "The training is unpaid, and a month+ but the reason for this is so nobody loses out on anything. So even if you quit during the training nobody loses anything because you weren't officially hired. " The major flaw in her analysis is that you waste your time as a candidate to go through training for 80 hours UNPAID and you may not even get the job. When hired you only get paid for the time you are with an actual student, so if you show up to work 3-8pm and you have one student at 7pm-8pm. You only get paid for one hour. So I would see just avoid it entirely.
