The interview process began with an HR screening, followed by a conversation with the CEO, and then a panel interview with several team members. Throughout the process, there was little to no communication around next steps. I was never clear on who I’d be speaking with or what the overall process looked like.
The panel itself felt disorganized, with no clear facilitator, and the team came across as disengaged. Additionally, the lack of a 401k match and dependent coverage is concerning, particularly for a company positioned around financial wellbeing.
Ultimately, I’m comfortable with the outcome and appreciate that the decision was made without moving forward with an offer.
