Applied online, recruiter reached out to schedule call. An hour before our call the recruiter rescheduled to following business day. The next day had the call with the recruiter who told me my experience wasn't comparable to other people in this role from a years standpoint, despite the fact I had achieved the required revenue / sales targets. Based on that the recruiter said she'd talk to the hiring manager about that opportunity. 2 weeks later and 2 follow ups later, I still haven't heard back on the outcome of that discussion.
