Applied directly online - reached out from HR generalist a few days later. The interview process lasted 3+ months. Worst interview process ever. Org was hiring for a risk/compliance specialist and they had no clue what they were looking for. The GC showed up to the interview disheveled and in a teeshirt. Put in a number of round of interviews...then was told would meet with President for final round. Then, they asked to do an assessment, and then three days later, they said no longer interested. Hot mess of an organization and so glad it didn't work out.
