Phone interview, promise of a follow-up interview with a tech lead. Interviewer seemed very interested in moving forward, so I waited for the call back for weeks and heard nothing. Then, several months later I received an email saying I previously interviewed for a position and they would like to move forward. No thanks - I was interested, but you ghosted me with no communication. You get what you give. I did not reply to the request to reconnect, and I will not reapply in the future.
