The interview process was very different from what I was expecting. I spoke to multiple managers before being invited in for an interview. The process was pretty much a few shorter rounds of "mini interviews" with different members of the company. Once the interview session was done, we were trained on how to make cold calls and spent about an hour making calls as part of the interview process. It was nice to be able to understand exactly what the job would be like.
