Spent 5+ hours interviewing (including an extended onsite interview) and zero follow up. It's been 3-4 weeks, and completely ghosted. Very unprofessional. This is what gives HR a bad name - and the fact that they did this to a potential HR leader candidate speaks volumes about their values.
