Hr call me to arrange interview in one week. However she only let me know the interview will be tomorrow night after office hour. (What the… I think it is ok and took it anyway)
First interview is all conducted in Chinese. To some extent, he asked a few technical problems and coding test, in total around 1.5hr.
The second interview is the most ridiculous one I met in my career. The hr still made the interview for the next day after working hours. I joined the interview via their meeting app on time…and I had been waiting for one and a half hour, and the interviewer didn’t show up. I also called the hr during this, she only said the interviewer was taking another meeting probably, and she will arrange another session for me.
Never mind. Will not apply this company. Everyone pls avoid this company.
4-5 rounds of interviews, consisting of coding test in 2-3 rounds of coding tests with algorithm domain knowledge interviews with 1-2 rounds of behavior questions. 1-2 rounds will be coming from your reporting manager and 1 round will be coming from HR.
