20 minute phone interview. Interview at office with CRO, SVP Sales and COO. COO spent most of the time on his PC with an occasional question. Of the hour interview 55 minutes were answering their questions. Looking at interviews as a two way street this was a red flag. After asking next steps the CRO said he would follow up in 48 hours. No follow up even after subsequent email asking for status. Unprofessional at best, but at the same time a good reminder of why you would not want to work for an organization who treats potential employees like this.
