I'll start by saying that this was probably one of the better experiences I've had when interviewing for a company. The first two interviews are written Slack conversations with different people. The first one also included a case study. The second interview felt more like a personal interview where they try to learn more about your personality and how you work in certain environments. The third interview I had was with the CTO, Head of Ops and the HR manager. The conversation was straight forward and also super friendly. They were clearly trying to get an understanding of how I am as a person, but also the work I've done until now that will help me in this role. HR was quick in getting back to me after interviews, in every conversation they also made sure to tell me when they would get back to me, and they always did. I spoke to 5 different people throughout the process and it took less than two months to go through the entire process until getting the offer.
