i applied for the BI analyst , the first round will be online test with 5 sql coding test. actually if you can understand basic logic and type the coding with errors too , you can clear this round, after which they have two technical face t face interview . and then a HR. The whole process will take you a day . They will have around 10 panels and above to manage just 20 people. Very inefficient in managing people. They ll make you day long to say that you are rejected. Very high standards of expectation. If you find a candidate is not selected, dont waste around 4 hours to convey them the same. be quick to convey also. Still your HR s or technical persons dont know how to convey a rejected candidate . Negative feedback from pannel. You can otherwise send a mail to all saying we are sorry that you dint get through wish you best of luck. The person was not even having the manners to say a best of luck.
