HR first spoke about the role and level. Intially she was saying that the role at their company is at a higher exp level and hence the position is fine at my experience. Then came the salary expectation part and again it seems that a min 25% hike also cant't be expected. Any I went for the interview and then came the next part a interview set up with a same position person, i.e. manager only taking the interview for manager. He seemed very disinterested, arrogant and aprubtly ended the interview. Figured that for this level they have people with lesser exp and also seems that the salary range is less, which is understandble as per market but then again the hiring partner bloated this post. Not a great experience.
