I reached out to the HR contact via LinkedIn to express my interest and was responded to harshly to read the job advert. Over a month and a half later I was contacted back via LinkedIn, not email for an interview within 48 working hours. The HR screening call was frustrating as the contact knew very little and would not speak to the role or culture. I was told there would be 4 interview stages and asked if I could arrange the next stage again within 1-2 days time. Then was told that before that interview I needed to complete an online personality test. Every question had a very short time to answer and it was stress inducing and produced results very far from my actual skills because of the format. The second interview was lengthy but several questions were posed almost accusatorially and they seemed more concerned with language testing as a background, despite product management being transferrable and them stating that the industry was niche. After 2+ weeks of hearing nothing I wrote to withdraw from the interview process and got no personal response from HR or either of the two interviewers that were Ccd and 48 hours later got an ATS automated rejection. The poor culture is clear from other review experiences with PeopleCert, the parent company and displayed poor empathy and communication throughout.
