Firstly, I was asked to do a translation test with a tight deadline. I had to translate from my language to the target language and also into my language. After that I was interviewed via Skype.

I was expected to complete a timed translation test, which I think was fair as they needed to know my capability. It was run in stages, so once I passed my test I had a Teams interview, which I found easier than in person. The questions related to the role and quite a few "what if" scenarios which made me think.
