I applied through Indeed and received an email shortly after to set up an interview. I was interviewed by a recruiter that worked for the company and ultimately they were the ones to send me my offer letter. I did not have any further interviews after the initial one with the recruiter. I met the rest of my management team after I was hired and started training.

I talked to them on a zoom call for 30 minutes and I was hired. It was between me, the hiring manager and the executive director. I also believe the clinical director was there.
