One phone interview followed by a 1-2 hour interview with a board of people (1 manager, 3 consultants). Dressing business professional is a must! Staying calm and maintaining eye contact and being very personable is a big positive. They want to see that you are comfortable around new people because as a consultant you will be billed out to multiple onsite locations. You can teach someone to know software but but being able to calm a angry user down and fix problems takes personality as well
