This interview was not very formal and it was more like casual chat. (only one interviewer showed up) However, it doesn't mean that you can get hired easily. Basically, I was asked to introduce myself and answer some questions related to my previous work experience, and most of them were based on the resume I submitted. Besides, the interviewer spent much time introducing their company which I think made the atmosphere much easier but perhaps it was not absolutely necessary.
