The process was extremely rushed. The first step was a phone screen, after which they immediately brought me in for an on-site interview. Interview went seemingly well but I did not hear back from them at all. 2 weeks later after reaching out to my recruiter I'm informed that they decided not to move forward with me because I'm missing varied project experience... This was clear in my resume and not listed in the job description which makes it seem like they're not sure what they're looking for. Overall, a waste of time.
