No interview was required for the process as it was only open to Lancaster students who apply, and the role was for a departmental open day, thus the pool of students were even smaller.

Group interview initially, were given a task of a campus tour and a short amount of time to complete it, then was invited back to a second interview, asked questions about scenarios and what I’d do/say in them
Friendly group interview - took on tour of campus in little groups and had to act as if you were showing prospective students around.
Did some group based questions, be confident and try to speak up.
