Pretty basic interview, anyone with a good sales approach should do fine. They want hunters, obviously who will go out and knock on as many doors as you can. You do have to pass a drug test before hiring and are subject to random drug tests throughout your employment.

There were several rounds of interviews were included with different managers. The interview process was good and did not take an extremely long time. It was an average a process.

In-person interview was with SM and GM. Asked about prior experiences, and motivators. Asked situational based questions and how I dealt with them.
It was a four round interview process through a recruiter. It took well over a month to go through, and I interviewed with the same people multiple times. Ended up being a positive experience, but not a remote position like advertised.
