Interview was actually easy. First they asked me for introduction and asked about internships and simple questions on project. Situation based questions and about applied thermodynamics. And about carrier goals and family background.

For initial screening, HR called and scheduled a first round of interview with the manager. And for the second round, manager has called in Teams meeting and had a discussion for 30 mins. Third round was manager and another person from the team interviewed for 1 hour. Fourth round was a fitment interview with the manager's manager and was for 1 hour. This happened right before Christmas and they said they will get back to me. Overall interviews went fine but no one has got back to me whether I made it to the next round or not. I reached out to the HR and manager a few times but there was no response. It was unprofessional from Lam Research team to not provide a response after I spent good amount of time in the interviews.
