Quite smooth, Will have 3 rounds. HR call is 1st round just to understand you briefly - but also need to answer properly. 2nd round was with FSE manager and then 3rd round with director. (but i heard later batch only interview with team manager)

Quite smooth, Will ask usual questions why want to join lam, why leave previous company. Why do u have advantage over the other competitors for the same role? (How is this not 30 words?)
During the interview, the hiring manager appeared disengaged and repeatedly scrolled his phone while I was answering questions. This happened several times and came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, the HR manager interrupted me multiple times while I was responding, which made it difficult to properly communicate my answers.
Overall, the interview experience felt unwelcoming and poorly conducted. It was disappointing, especially for a company of this reputation, and it raised concerns about the team’s professionalism and workplace culture.
Tough technical question by HR. HR goes by the book . Very tough Public relation questions .FSE manager is ok and asks about technical question which is easier to answer him because he understands

Entrevista
The initial interview will be scheduled by phone, during which you will be asked to prepare a 10-15 minute self-introduction, all in English. The subsequent 45 minutes will be conducted in the local language. I believe the interview will focus more on your personal qualities, problem-solving abilities, and thinking skills.
