The recruiter pursued me on LinkedIn and I did land an interview with one of the Hiring Managers (Director level individual). After the initial video round, had two followup emails in 6 weeks asking for a status update - zero response or closure. Interview itself was ok, however the HM was interrupted by his Sr Leader and our interview was interrupted midway for more than 10mins, as he took the time to call and text back! It was the first red flag and the second one was the recruiter who decided not to respond to any followup status updates. Decided to remove my target employer list based on my poor interview experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND any supply chain professionals to interview to apply here, unless this is the last or only option.
