quick conference in mass interview of applicants. resume submitted prior to invitation to attend. met with hiring manager. did not live up to job description but worked out in the longer term

I was called in for an interview and had three 30min interviews. 2 with engineers from each department and one with the hiring manager. I was asked almost exclusivley behavioural questions. Most of them were pertaining to how I deal with difficult people and my process for troubleshooting problems and a bit about my background in maintenance/troubleshooting. I was called back a week later with an offer.
