The interview process consisted of a initial telephone screen by manager and an onsite panel interview. The interview process was smooth, however the decision process is very long. Typical interview questions like 1)Why this company 2)Previous experience 3)Challenges faced and my approach towards resolving them etc were asked. It would have been perfect job and location for me. Even though I got a positive feedback I didn't get the job! I wish alleast they mailed me that I didn't get the job!
