Interviewed initially on a technical level, and then on a more commercial basis in a second session - according to the external recruitment team all went well and an offer would be forthcoming. I then found out the budget for the role had been pulled, yet the role continues to be advertised 4 months later. Who knows, only that it seems to have been a lucky escape if this is how they operate...

Short, effective and informed process. The recruiter was responsive with detailed info at each interview stages. Good feedback on the job and the expectations, felt safe to ask questions including some sensitive ones such as salary expectations.
