Sourced role through LinkedIn, applied via company portal, received a phone interview, was told to expect an update in 2 weeks maximum…. 5 weeks later got a call about the delay but would hear back in a week…. Never heard back until I applied for a second role, which I got an in person interview, took time off for my current role, had the interview and again never heard back until I called them this morning after 3.5 weeks of waiting, I didn’t get the role …. Very poor Human Resources department, had a few excuses as to why they didn’t call, but not once did they own the mistake, a definite red flag
