I was interviewed in person by three Supervisors. They asked me a lot of situational questions, expecting answers in a STAR format. (Situation, Task, Action, Result) It lasted about an hour

This interview process was simple 2 rounds. Generic questions were asked and they guided you to the right cohort for the internship. Easy and helpful process. I was pleased. highly reccoemnd interview and internship with Labcorp.
