Recruiter screening email, 30-min video call with hiring manager, 1hr video call with larger team. Shady and deceptive hiring practices. Had to repeatedly reach out to the 'Talent Advisor' for updates on what was happening. Was told an offer was being prepared, then after two weeks of silence the offer was rescinded because of a 'budget hold'. Clearly the offer was never on the table, and the recruiter was just trying to keep fish on the hook. Gross.
