The interveiw was over the phone. She asked about equipment for veni puncture, what can make the blood stop flowing..basic phlebotomy questions. She offered me the job on the spot
The phone interview was short. They asked me one competence question and that was it. They asked me to describe the steps of how to give a shot, and then talked to me about next steps.
