Initially after I applied for the job after seeing it online I received an e-mail for a phone interview. In the e-mail were a few dates and times that would work best for my schedule. The call from the recruiter was prompt and she was very friendly. The interview did not get very far due to the fact that I was still enrolled in school.

There was a brief introductory discussion followed by STAR questions. Overall, interview was what was expected and followed by a brief discussion of some previous educational and work-related experience.

Entrevista
3, 1 hour interviews with site head, and both supervisors. Each interviewer had the same questions that were slightly modified. They are looking to see if you will fit in with the Covance culture and are able to work with multiple personalities in the lab. The overall experience of the interview was positive, good questions. Come prepared with questions of your own as well.
