Telephone interview for the first screen by a HR person , then I was invited for a face to face interview, where I was asked to give a 20-25 min presentation
They used a Behavorial - based STAR interview technique. The predictor of future behavior is past behavior. For example, tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision.
Fast and efficient process. First contacted by talent acquisition and went through a screening call. If selected to move forward, separate interviews were scheduled with the hiring manager and other members on the team.
