Began with an email asking to respond with my availability for a preliminary phone interview, they gave a window of time on my selected date. A hiring recruiter called and asked basic info, if I was okay with animal testing, one or two behavioral questions, what I wanted in the next 5 years, etc.

This was quite a straightforward interview process that lasted half a day. Both a presentation and a team building exercise were carried out. After that, they short-listed for the one-to-one interviews.
