Interview with your potential immediate supervisors for 30 min to 1 hour. They ask you very normal questions of your skills within and outside of the lab. There may be a lab practical test of your skills directly involved within the position. A separate interview with HR involves general questions of your career goals.

Interview was set up pretty quickly. Interviewers were slightly late. Questions asked were related to the job listing and they were professional. Nothing too detailed and no personal questions were asked. It was overall an average experience.

A day after I applied I got to schedule a a phone interview with a recruiter. If that goes well your information gets sent to the hiring manager. Then within a week you have to do an in person interview.
