Phone interview to begin, followed by online interview then writing test. Informative and friendly. The questions were always relevant and responses were timely. The interviewers were knowledgeable and were open to discussion about the role. I was happy with the length and time of the interviews. The writing test is 4 hours so a bit of a time committment before any offer is made.
