The Lab49 recruitment team definitely know what they're doing. I was first contacted by a recruiter from my LinkedIn profile. I was asked to submit my resume and portfolio. That was followed by an phone interview with the recruiter, then a Skype interview with a member of their team. I was then brought in for an in person interview with several members of their team.
