An initial call with the internal rec. 1 stage with the hiring manager 2nd stage was a face to face interview with HM and other members of the team where you are also asked to prepare a presentation normally discussing your approach to building your desk in your new role. Final stage with the MD.

Entrevista
2 interviews + Drinks with the team. I had a 1:1 with my hiring manager and another 1:1 with a Director. After this I went for drinks with the team that I would be joining to get to them a little better.
The first 1:1 was very relaxed and informal but at the same time very informative. The Second was much more formal.
