Incredibly long waits between stages. Ended up finding another job. Awesome people though and very transparent with expectations. There are also video recorded interview questions in beginning of the process.

1st round interview will be a phone screen to assess your fit for the role and how your personality may compliment the store. Then the manager will invite you to an in person experience interview where you are showcasing your ability to lead the team during real scenarios (such as if the store needs to reach a specific sales goal and the team has been struggling)
