The interview process for Graduate Engineer Trainee program consists of 2 rounds: Technical Round & HR Round. The students shortlisted after writing the online assessment test are eligible to appear for the Technical Interview Round, where most of the focus is on how familiar you are with your projects and the technologies involved in them. And a couple of days later. Most of the students make it to the HR Round as the Tech interview is not too hard.
