For the fresher role at LTIMindtree, the interview process was fairly straightforward. The technical round focused mainly on basic OOP concepts such as inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction. I was also asked a few fundamental networking questions covering topics like OSI model basics, HTTP/HTTPS, and general client–server communication. Overall, the questions were beginner-friendly and aimed at testing core understanding rather than advanced concepts.
