This seems to be a bit of theme as I read others' feedback. I ended up doing 4 interview rounds and a project. Initially, meeting with HR laid out that there would be 3 total (including the meeting I was having with her) and a project. HR > Hiring Manager > Project > Review project with Hiring Manager and Senior Manager > Additional interview with another senior team member They were very communicative through the whole process and it was overall enjoyable and then absolute radio silence. It's been several weeks with zero response to followups. Very strange and disheartening.
