A recruiter reached out to me about this role and I started with an interview with the hiring manager who talked about design philosophy and company culture. The next interview was with two people in marketing who surprised me with a lot of very detailed questions about design process. That was what I would consider a difficult interview, lots of detailed questions for about 45 min. They said the next step would be a project that they would pay for but then I got word from the recruiter that they decided to wait 3 months to hire for this role. I found that to be very disrespectful of my time and energy after going through two interviews.
