The process was really smooth from start to finish, I applied online which was straightforward. Leona from the recruitment team was really personable and great at keeping me up to date along my journey. Given the current situation, all was done via video conferencing but this again was smooth and straight forward. After meeting the CEO and HR director it's clear they're keen to make sure you will fit the team, which is great to see at that level. Although I did not get an offer, I felt it was as fair as could be and I was provided with feedback. The only little improvement would be to receive the decision and feedback via a phone call from the interviewer(s) it gives you a chance to ask more questions for specific and in turn areas for development.
