The whole recruitment was an interview with HR and team leader on-site, plus a test. Interview was held in polish. Non technical questions about education and previous experience. Some typical questions regarding SQL and databases: difference between truncate and delete, union vs. union all, what is index/ trigger/ package. They checked only if you're familiar with these, there were no chance to elaborate. There was also a test to check one's logical and mathematical skills. Don't remember exact questions but it was quite challenging, because of no calculator provided. Plus is the whole process from sending an application to the final answer took less than 30 days.
