Wow , Matt is the best interviewer I’ve ever met. Amazing guy , and does not leave you without your questions answered or misinformed. Overall great experience , would love to interview like him some day .

I had a phone interviewing the HR Manager first, which lasted about 15 minutes. She asked me what I was looking for, and explained the job duties and what the company does. Then, I had an in person interview with the President, Eddie, which lasted about 30 minutes. He talked to me a little about the company's expansion plans and how this role plays into that plan that asked me a lot about what I see in my future. I then have a 3rd round interview with a Team Lead, which lasted about an hour and that interview laid out everything from the pay and benefits, to the specific timelines of how the company works.
