First we had to try and find a room to interview in. The letter informed me that The interview would last 60 minutes however it was over very quickly in around 15. The woman who interviewed me spent 13 of the minutes talking about the role and what she needed and to be honest sounded very arrogant. She then asked me what I wanted out of the role but apart from that I was asked no other competency questions at all. It seemed to me That her only priority was talking about herself and her needs and I suspect due to her rushed nature that she had either already judged me on my appearance or had somebody else in mind before the interview and therefore I feel that this company wouldn't be a nice place to work for due to the lack of professionalism. I then received a phone call days later to ask if I wanted to be put forward for a customer service role even though I had no feedback from the previous interview what so ever! Very disappointing experience all round.
