There weren't really any formal interview questions outside of skimming through my resume and describing what I did in my previous positions held. I believe I asked more questions than they asked me. It was more of a conversation rather than a regimented interview. After I was told that they were going to send me a personality quiz form via email a couple of days later to fill out, I never received anything back from them. I reached out via a DM on LinkedIn a couple of weeks after the interview for follow-up since I wasn't emailed the form. I never received a response to my follow-up, even though they initially reached out to me regarding my application. Then they reposted the same job on LinkedIn without, at the very least, letting me know that they were moving on to other candidates. Please beware, this company is prone to ghosting potential candidates without the common courtesy to communicate that they're going to pursue other candidates.
