Usually 3-4 rounds not that difficult for some you need to interview in English as well yea but the overall I think its decent. You should focus on the KPI and go straight to the point with the STAR method.

Entrevista
I went forum and enrolled for the interview there. They asked me to submit resume via Internet and scheduled interview via phone. It was one to one interview and the overall ambiance was relaxed and friendly.
