I had to take one ML test and 5 inteviews.
Test: (1 week)
Simple classification problem + report.
1st Interview: (1 hour)
Technical questions and review of the report with R&D Engineers / Young managers.
2nd Interview: (1 hour)
Some technical as well as general questions with managers.
3rd Interview: (1 hour)
General questions with senior managers.
4th Interview: (1.5 hour)
Introduction of the workstyle, facilities and company vision from the head of the Fukuoka and Kyoto branch.

It felt more like a discussion than an interview.
By that point they had already made their decision and were trying to convince me to take the position rather than evaluating if I am a good fit.
5th Interview: (45min)
Discussing benefits, salary expectation, job search status with other companies etc ... with the head of the HR department.
I received an offer the next day.
