I was contacted by the Director of Operations two weeks after submitting my resume online. The initial interviews were quite brisk and the entire process seemed to be moving in a positive direction. It was made clear to be that they'd recently won a new account and needed someone in the role they were hiring for ASAP. Following my final interview with senior leadership, radio silence ensued. I've yet to hear from them a month after I was told I'd hear some sort of follow-up.
